Froggy 106.7 WFGA “Summertime Free Ride” giveaway
Here are the rules for the WFGA “Summertime Free Ride” Contest:
1. This contest is open only to legal residents of the United States, 18 years and older, with a valid driver’s license.
2. From May 17th, 2010 through June 11th, 2010 individuals can enter the contest by
being the tenth caller to the Froggy Request Lines after hearing the Summertime Free Ride cue to call played on Froggy 106.7. The numbers are 260-920-3600 and 888-363-3764. The tenth caller will win a pair of tickets to the DeKalb County BBQ and Music Festival, plus be qualified to be in the drawing for the grand prize. One may qualify only once.
3. On June 12th, 2010, all contestants in the final drawing must be present. Proxies will not be allowed. The drawing will happen at the DeKalb County Fairground Outdoor Stage around 7:30pm. Contestants must check in by 7:00pm to verify they are present. A reverse drawing will be done to determine ten finalists. Those ten finalists will each receive a CD. The finalists will be asked to play their CD in a Ford Mustang’s CD player. The first contestant whose CD states they are the winner, receives a lease on a Ford Mustang. If for whatever reason, the holder of the winning CD is unable to accept the prize a drawing will be made from the remaining finalists until a qualified winner is determined.
4. The winner receives a 3-month rental on a Ford Mustang from Integrity Ford of Paulding, Ohio, valued at $1,200. The winner is responsible for and must maintain full comprehensive insurance on the vehicle during the lease period. Miles driven during the term of the term is limited to 3000 miles. The winner is responsible for any additional miles driven at the rate of 30 cents a mile.
5. The prize winner must supply proof of identification to claim their prize and proof of insurance. The grand prize winner also will be responsible for applicable taxes and must supply their social security number and sign off on any paperwork in order to receive their prize.
6. Employees, immediate family and same household members of WFGA, Fallen Timbers, Federated Media, participating sponsors, advertisers, promotional and marketing agencies, and other competing radio stations are ineligible.
7. No purchase necessary.
8. WFGA, Fallen Timbers, Federated Media, Pathfinder Communications, their affiliates and participating sponsors assume no liability and are held harmless for any injuries or death that may occur due to the use of this or any other prize.
9. Decisions of the contest judges are final.
10. The contest rules may be modified at any time.
