Froggy 106.7 is giving away an Apple iPad® to one local high school student in our “Student Spotlight” Contest. The prize package is valued at $500. Beginning August 15, 2011, Froggy will take submissions for the “Student Spotlight” Contest.  People may nominate local high school students based on their grades, community services, or extra curricular activities. One student will be chosen each month (September – May) to be featured as the Student of the Month based on the submissions received.  This Student will be awarded a trophy and a 4 pack of NCG Movie Tickets.  At the End of the School year, all 9 Student of the Months will go into a hat and one Student will win the Apple iPad®.  Students many only win student of the month once in a given school year.  Submissions that are not chosen as Student of the Month will be kept and reevaluated the next month throughout the rest of the school year.  At the end of the school year, all submissions will be destroyed and new submissions will be needed for the next year’s contest.  To participate, you and your immediate family members can not be employed by Federated Media, Fallen Timbers, Pathfinder Communications or any affiliated advertising agencies, participating sponsors, other radio stations, or promotional partners. Winners consent to allow Froggy 106.7 to use their name, voice or likeness in promotional announcements, whether on-air, on-line or through other methods of marketing and agree to no further compensation. Winners waive any and all claims of liability against Froggy 106.7 and Federated Media, Fallen Timbers, Pathfinder Communications, its subsidiaries and all respective employees and agents for any personal injury or loss which may occur from participation in the contest or from the use of any prize. Prizes are non-transferable. Winner understands that they may have tax obligations resulting from receipt of the prize.  If the winner cannot accept the prize as offered or fails to meet eligibility requirements, the winner shall forfeit the prize and the prize becomes the property of Froggy 106.7. Participants agree to the above rules as well as any additional rules which may be implemented. All WFGA general contest rules apply.  Rules are subject to change and can change without prior notification. No purchase necessary. Decisions of the judges overseeing the contest are final.
